7. EVIDENCE OF FINANCING <br />Evidence of unconditional long term financing for the Project shall be prepared and <br />submitted to the City. Such evidence must include specific provision for both equity <br />and risk capital and must cover all of the Project's costs. Such evidence shall be in the <br />form of one or more specific unconditional commitments to finance this Project as <br />designated within a specified time frame. The Preliminary Plans and cost estimates <br />must have been carried to a level of detail to permit the issuance of such a <br />commitment. Such evidence shall be unconditional, provided, however, that said <br />commitment shall be conditional upon the approval of the lease by City. <br />8. MARRIOTT FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS <br />A detailed financial analysis completed by Marriott, acceptable to the City and <br />accepted in writing by the proposed financing entity and the proposed management <br />entity shall be prepared and submitted to the City. The feasibility analysis must <br />evaluate the entire proposed development and management package. <br />9.
