IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 52 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING AND DESIGNATING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE <br />8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(BREED AVENUE) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-835 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following Passenger Loading Zone is deleted from Chapter 16, Section <br />1600, of the San Leandro Traffic Code: <br />Breed Avenue, east side, beginning 387 feet southerly of Durant Avenue and extending <br />83 feet southerly. <br />Section 2. The following street, streets, or portions of streets are designated as <br />passenger loading zones between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />Breed Avenue, east side, beginning 407 feet southerly of Durant Avenue and extending <br />63 feet southerly. <br />Section 3.
