IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 64 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE REAL <br />PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR THE DAVIS STREET <br />OVERPASS SOUTHBOUND ENTRANCE RAMP STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Pursuant to Municipal Code § 1-6-105, the City's Manager is hereby authorized to <br />execute real property purchase agreements and all other related documents for properties <br />necessary for the Davis Street Overpass Southbound Entrance Ramp Street Improvement <br />Project when the terms and conditions of such acquisitions are within the fair market <br />appraisal obtained by the City or the compensation paid is otherwise fair, just and equitable. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That the City's Manager is authorized to execute real property purchase agreements <br />for the Davis Street Overpass Southbound Entrance Ramp Street Improvement Project on <br />behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this 6th <br />day of May, 1996, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; ( 6 ) <br />Mayor Corbett <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: uncil Member oeffler ( 1 ) <br />By: �i-Wo-eA �, <br />Alice Calvert, City Clerk <br />
