That the City Council hereby sets the date, time and place for a public <br />hearing to discuss the formation of Assessment District 96-3 as June 17, 1996, at 8:00 <br />p.m. in the Lecture Hall of the Community Library Center, 300 Estudillo Avenue, San <br />Leandro. <br />D.
