Task 4. Coordination and Reporting <br />The Contractor shall maintain regular communication with the City regarding findings of the <br />ongoing monitoring effort. The Contractor shall also report, as appropriate, any general <br />observations of overall marsh functioning made during specific monitoring episodes. The <br />contractor shall attend up to three (3) meetings with City staff to communicate findings <br />and/or discuss any problems noted. <br />The Contractor shall prepare the required monitoring report and submit three draft copies <br />to the City for review on or before September 30 of each year covered by this Agreement. <br />The Contractor shall revise the draft report as necessary and submit 30 copies of the final <br />report to the City within two weeks of the Contractor's receipt of the City's draft review <br />comments. <br />The report shall follow the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers' October 1991 guidelines (Section <br />VII.C). The report shall assess attainment of the annual goals as well as reviewing progress <br />made toward long term project goals. <br />Task 5. Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse Trapping <br />During the fourth and fifth monitoring years, the Contractor shall conduct live -trapping to <br />determine the presence/abundance of salt marsh harvest mice within the project area. The <br />trapping shall include 500 trap nights and be conducted in accordance with the requirements <br />of the documents referenced in "SCOPE OF WORK" in this Exhibit A. <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />9/26/88 Rev. <br />1/10/90 Rev. <br />
