TASK 2- <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />DOCUMENTS <br />Subtask 2.1- <br />70% Set <br />Subtask 2.2- <br />95 % Submittal <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />9/26/88 Rev. <br />1/10/90 Rev. <br />MEETINGS: <br />Staff Meetings 3 -4 <br />Workshops 2 <br />Public Presentations 4 <br />SCHEDULE COMPLETION TASK 1: 12 weeks after <br />Notice to Proceed. <br />a) Meet with City Staff to review project scope, timing, <br />and format for document. <br />b) Prepare 70% construction documents utilizing City <br />standard format & specifications, including: <br />• Demolition Plans <br />• Layout and GradingPns - Including hardscape, <br />curb repair or drainage modifications <br />• PlantingPlans lans - Size, location, species and <br />quantity of proposed plant materials. <br />• Irrigation Plans - Location of all irrigation heads, <br />valves, piping, controllers, water meters, etc. <br />• Detailed Plans - Showing dimensions and materials <br />for sign fabrication. <br />• Site Electrical Plan (if necessg - Location, <br />specification, and size of all connections and <br />controls. <br />• Specifications - In Word Perfect 5.1 format per City <br />requirements. <br />• Prelimina1y cost estimate. <br />a) Update cost estimate. <br />b) Review plans and specifications with City in a single <br />work session to resolve any outstanding issues. <br />c) Prepare 95% set and submit for plan check including <br />any calculations necessary (structural, water budget). <br />
