It would be our honor to offer federal lobbying services to the City Manager, Mayor, City Council, and staff. This proposal outlines how our project team would continue our responsibilities serving as your advocates here in the nation’s capital working with the Administration, Congress, intergovernmental organizations, and other stakeholders. We have been proud of our long record of helping public agencies to pursue federal resources, influence legislation and regulations, and build effective relationships with the Legislative and Executive Branches since our firm was founded in 1987. We hope to continue building upon city officials’ established relationships with the Biden-Harris Administration, the Congressional delegation, and staff. We have enjoyed many years of collaboration with lawmakers representing Alameda County and the State of California.
