IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2022-101 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT <br />NO. I TO THE NONPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC DBA <br />EMERALD LANDSCAPE FOR LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT THE CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />BrightView Landscape Services, Inc. dba Emerald Landscape, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto, is presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Contractor desire to amend the agreement to extend the term <br />by six months and increase the amount of compensation by $15,240 for a total of $65,040; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of an amendment to the current <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br />That said Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for $15,240 is approved, and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 215t day of June 2022, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Cox, Lopez, and Cutter (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Ballew and Simon (2) <br />ATTEST: &A 6 40k&, <br />Leticia l6kguel, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022-101 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 6F3A5BC0-0D11-464E-AE29-4436ACFE550D
