NOTICE OF COMPLETION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3093 of the California Civil Code: 1. That on or about the 7th day of June 2021, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with AMERICAN PAVEMENT SYSTEMS, INC., 1012 11TH STREET, SUITE 1000, MODESTO, CA 95354, PHONE NO.: (209) 522-2277, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit, ANNUAL STREET SEALING 2019-2021, PROJECT NO.2021.0070. 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY OF AMERICA, 100 CALIFORNIA STREET, STE. 300, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94111, PHONE NO.: (925) 884-2287. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City of San Leandro as completed on the 12th day of May 2022. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL STREET SEALING 2019-2021, PROJECT NO. 2021.0070, is that of public improvements made to public -right-of-way designated as portions of various streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
