(925) 452-6272, as a contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit MAIN LIBRARY / MCC AV EQUIPMENT, PROJECT NO.: 2016.0210. 2 That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows WESTERN NATIONAL MUTUAL INSURANCE CO., 4700 WEST 77TH STREET, EDINA, MN 55435, PHONE NO.: (855) 283-8106. 3 The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the MAIN LIBRARY AND MCC AV EQUIPMENT, PROJECT NO.2016.210 AND 2016.0500, is that of fee simple title in certain lands designated as 300 ESTUDILLO AVENUE, 15301 WICKS BOULEVARD, AND 835 EAST 14TH STREET, SAN LEANDRO, CA, AND 2016.0500, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 21st day of MARCH, 2022 by RESOLUTION No. 2022-046.
