5. "No Parking Any Time" signs shall be installed, and enforced by the <br />homeowner's association through the CC&R's, along the motor court <br />driveways to provide emergency vehicle access as directed by the Fire <br />Department. <br />6. Addresses for each unit shall be assigned by the City based upon the street <br />or court which the front door of the unit faces. <br />7. Prior to approval of the first final map, Subdivider shall submit a street <br />name list for this development phase for the review and approval of the <br />Fire Department, Police Department, the City Engineer and the <br />Development Services Director. <br />8. Speed control measures shall be incorporated into each motor court <br />driveway as directed and approved by the City Engineer and the City <br />Transportation Administrator. Such measures may include any <br />combination of the following: warning signs, speed limit signs, stop signs, <br />modified driveway ramps for each motor court driveway at Heron Drive, or <br />other measures deemed appropriate by the City. <br />9. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the first model homes in this <br />development phase, Subdivider shall construct all of the perimeter <br />soundwalls required by the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report <br />(SEIR) for this development phase. <br />10. This vesting tentative map is a general plan of development.
