IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 19 (1006/1313-C) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REUSE REPORT <br />FOR APPROXIMATELY 1.26 ACRES OF AGENCY -OWNED LAND, <br />A PORTION OF PHASE II OF THE PHILLIPS LANE/COSTCO PROJECT <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro seeks to sell Agency - <br />owned property in support of Phase II of the Phillips Lane/Costco Project; <br />WHEREAS, Agency has caused to be prepared a report required by Health and Safety <br />Code Section 33433 ("Reuse Report"); <br />WHEREAS, California Redevelopment Law requires the City Council to hold a public <br />hearing regarding any sale of Agency -owned property purchased with tax increment funds; <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly noticed and held on Monday, February 5, 1996, <br />by the City Council to consider the "Reuse Report" prepared by the Agency and submitted to <br />the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the "Reuse Report", a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this <br />Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the approval of said "Reuse Report. " <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said "Reuse Report" is hereby approved. <br />
