(a) Building Permit The fee for a building permit shall include an issuance fee of $15.50 $16.00 plus the fee based on total valuation of the building or structure in accordance with the following table: Building Permits requiring more than one inspection, other than those requiring return inspections for corrections from a previous inspection, shall have a minimum permit fee of e'er $106.00. The minimum fee for one inspection is Q^� $48.00. For work involving a combination of Building and/or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, with a value of less than $3, 000, an all-inclusive permit may be issued with one issuance fee, and the minimum permit fee, plus the items from the respective tables. The Building Official may adjust the plan checking/permit fee for an individual project when costs to the City are not congruent with this fee schedule.
