EXHIBIT B-1 FEE SCHEDULE OF HOURLY BILLING The fee schedule included herein for Phase 4 work is a preliminary estimate. The work to be done under Phase 4 is dependent upon the scope and amount of work deemed required at the completion of Phase 2 and 3. The Contractor shall submit a revised fee schedule at that time. The revised fee schedules shall be subject to review and approval by the City and will become a part of a new agreement. FEE SCHEDULE FOR PHASE 2 WORK The following fee schedule is for the tasks outlined in Exhibit A for Phase 2 work: 1. Seismic Assessment Calculations and Effluent Outfall Bypass Study A.
