2. EXHIBIT B, Payment Schedule, shall be amended as follows: <br />"City shall pay Recipient an amount not to exceed the total sum of Eighty Eight <br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($88,500) for improvements to be constructed." <br />"Said maximum includes previously approved allocations of Fifty Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($55,000), Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500), plus <br />additional funds under this amendment of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) <br />and is the total for completion of all work items." <br />3. EXHIBIT E, General Federal/State Conditions, shall be amended as follows: <br />11. SECTION 3. <br />a. "Section 3 requires that to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities <br />for training and employment be given to Section 3 residents and <br />businesses. A Section 3 resident is defined as residents of public <br />housing, or low-income residents whose income (or a family whose <br />income, adjusted for family size) does not exceed 50% of the median <br />income, or low-income residents whose income (or a family whose <br />income, adjusted for family size) does not exceed 80% of the median <br />income. A Section 3 business is one that is owned by Section 3 <br />residents; or employs Section 3 residents in full-time positions; or <br />subcontracts with businesses which provide economic opportunities <br />to low-income persons." <br />4.
