IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 124 <br />(1221/1197) <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING REPORT OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR IMPOSING LIENS <br />FOR NON-PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT CITY SERVICE CHARGES <br />(Sewer/Refuse Service and Weed Abatement Charges) <br />Finding <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed the Report of the Finance Director, <br />filed with the City Clerk on Monday, July 22, 1996, and bearing List No. 96-1 for sewer/refuse <br />charges, and List No. 96-2 for weed abatement charges, copies of which are attached thereto and <br />incorporated herein. All of said charges are currently unpaid and delinquent. <br />Pursuant to the San Leandro Municipal Code, notice was duly given of the time and place of <br />hearing on said delinquent charges and upon any objections or protest by any of the property owners <br />liable to be liened for non-payment of such delinquent city service charges. <br />Said hearing was regularly set for the hour of 7:00 p.m. on August 5, 1996, in the Community <br />Library Center, Lecture Hall, 300 Estudillo Avenue, San Leandro, CA. <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has heard and passed on objections and protests <br />of the property owners liable to be assessed for said service charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the reports of the Finance Director <br />and Development Services Director concerning non-payment of city service charges and bearing Lists <br />Nos. 96-1 and 96-2.
