Jermanis, Finance Director for the City of San Leandro, pursuant <br />to Sections 3-6-120 and 3-11-915 to the San Leandro Municipal Code, report that <br />the properties listed below are subject to liens for non-payment of refuse, recycling and/or <br />sewer service charges.
