r <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 126 <br />(1897) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br />(San Leandro Sailing Club, dba Spinnaker Yacht Club) <br />An Lease Amendment between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Sailing <br />club, Inc., doing business as the Spinnaker Yacht Club of San Leandro, a copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows; <br />That said lease amendment is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Pol vorosa and passed and adopted <br />this 5th day of August, 1996, by the following called vote: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest I <br />�j'�AI: Cal rt, City lerk <br />f:\Council\SpinAmd.Doc <br />
