That on or about the 18th day of September , 1995, the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, did enter into a certain contract with P&F Construction. Inc., 1010 39th Avenue. <br />Oakland, Ca 94601 as Contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, street widening, <br />traffic signal and street light modifications grading. paving and curb, gutter and sidewalk <br />construction, Washington -Ave -Halcyon Dr.-Floresta Blvd. Intersection Improvements, Project No. <br />No.94-120-8345. Federal Aid Project No. STPLNIA-5041 (0071 of which said City is owner. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Developers Insurance Company. <br />3.
