ARTICLE VI <br />INSURANCE <br />Permittee shall maintain the following insurance coverage or self-insurance and be <br />responsible for its contractors and subcontractors maintaining sufficient limits of the <br />same insurance coverage. <br />. • ; �� • uI' ► • ► : ►I aI' • / ; A131191161 <br />6.1.1 Workers' Compensation insurance indicating compliance with any applicable <br />labor codes, acts, laws or statutes, state or federal, where Permittee uses any <br />Pole Attachments. <br />6.1.2 Employers' Liability insurance shall not be less than $1,000,000 for injury or <br />death each accident. <br />9.5�• u lu i ►1 " <br />6.2.1 Coverage shall be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office ("ISO") <br />Commercial General Liability Coverage "occurrence" form, with no coverage <br />deletions. <br />6.2.2 The limit shall not be less than $5,000,000 each occurrence for bodily injury, <br />property damage and personal injury. <br />6.2.3 Coverage shall: a) by "Additional Insured" endorsement add as insureds <br />PG&E, its directors, officers, agents and employees with respect to liability <br />arising out of the work performed by or for the Permittee, or if the Permittee <br />shall, at all times, be able to and shall keep PG&E in the same position as if <br />PG&E were an "additional Insured" under a policy of primary coverage; b) be <br />endorsed to specify that the Permittee's insurance is primary and that any <br />insurance or self-insurance maintained by PG&E shall not contribute with it. <br />6.3.1 Coverage shall be at least as broad as the ISO Business Auto Coverage form <br />covering Automobile Liability, code 1 "any auto." <br />6.3.2 The limit shall not be less than $5,000,000 each accident for bodily injury and <br />property damage. <br />7 <br />
