IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.96 - <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING ACCOUNTING REPORT <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />(F.Y. 1995-96) <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />on development fees for street improvements pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, <br />this Council has reviewed and considered the data contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City <br />Council does hereby approve and confirm the accounting record covering the collection of all <br />development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 1995- <br />96 as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A. <br />Introduced by Council Member and passed and adopted this 3rd day of <br />September, 1996. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />Attest: <br />JACQUELYN L.
