IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.96 - 146 (2096 ) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br />ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT (APR)/GRANTEE <br />PERFORMANCE REPORT (GPR) FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 <br />AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF BY THE CITY MANAGER <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act and <br />amendments, the Federal government requires local communities to submit an Annual <br />Performance Report /Grantee Performance Report on the use of Community Development Block <br />Grant Funds. <br />The City of San Leandro, as required by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development, has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a public hearing to <br />obtain the views of citizens on the Annual Performance Report/Grantee Performance Report for <br />fiscal year 1995-96. <br />A copy of said Annual Performance Report/Grantee Performance Report is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Council is familiar with the report. <br />The City Manager recommends execution and submission of said Annual Performance <br />Report/Grantee Performance Report as attached. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />
