Priority #6: Increase the availability of service -enriched housing within the HOME <br />Consortium to address the needs of populations with special needs and to <br />facilitate access to services for low and very low-income people. <br />Resources Used: <br />The City applied CDBG, HOME, and Redevelopment Set -Aside funds during this <br />time period. <br />Activities Undertaken: <br />The Redevelopment Agency staff worked with the newly formed Affordable Housing <br />Task Force to prioritize housing projects and programs for the next five years. Staff <br />researched two potential sites for multifamily housing through either new construction <br />or substantial rehabilitation.
