EXHIBIT A <br />SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />JOINT BUSINESS VISITATION PROGRAM <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Chamber of Commerce shall carry on the following activities: <br />(1) Make joint visits to companies identified by the City. <br />(2) Assist City staff in interviewing company officials during each visit using a survey <br />instrument jointly developed by City staff and Chamber representatives <br />(3) Chamber staff and Directors will work diligently in conjunction with City staff to <br />follow-up on requests for assistance and information that arise out of the visitations. <br />(4) Chamber staff and Directors will commit sufficient time and resources as needed to <br />advance the Visitation Program and accomplish program goals in a timely manner. <br />(5) Chamber will work with City's Economic Development coordinator to set mutually <br />acceptable performance standards and to develop a reporting format for monthly <br />performance reports. <br />(6) Chamber will submit monthly progress reports to the City and payment for services <br />will follow City's receipt of monthly progress reports. <br />Exhibit "A" Page 1 of 1 <br />9/6/96 <br />
