i is r <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />TJKM TRAFFIC ENGINEERING (GARY E. KRUGER) <br />Contractor shall provide the following professional traffic engineering services: <br />1. Continuing assistance toward completing traffic -capital improvement projects in <br />the following areas. <br />a. Master Plan of City Streets <br />b. E. 14th Street (TSM) Signal Interconnect <br />c. E. 14th Street - Median Safety Improvements <br />d. Chetland Street and Dutton Avenue Intersection Improvements <br />2. Represent the City, at the request of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, to conduct special traffic analysis requested by citizen groups, <br />homeowner associations, local schools and other interested community groups. <br />Special studies in need of traffic engineering services to be completed are: <br />a. Mulford Gardens/Marina Faire Homeowners Associations Traffic Issues. <br />b. Auto Mall Development - Neighborhood Traffic Issues. <br />c. Creekside Homeowners Traffic Issues <br />3. Provide hason services on regional transportation issues with various <br />transportation agencies, including the Alameda County Congestion Management <br />Agency, CALTRANS, Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Alameda <br />County Transportation Authority. <br />4. Services will be provided by Gary E.
