executed by the City Manager or other designated official of City authorized to obligate <br />City thereto prior to the time such extra service is rendered. <br />Fees for work performed by Contractor on an hourly basis shall not exceed the <br />amounts shown on the fee schedule of hourly billing included as Attachment B-1. <br />Reimbursable expenses are specified on Attached B-2, and shall not exceed FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS AND N0/100 ($500.00). Expenses not listed on Exhibit B-2 are <br />not chargeable to City. <br />The services to be provided under this Agreement may be terminated by either <br />party after two weeks notice to the other party. In this event, City shall compensate the <br />Contractor for all outstanding costs incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the <br />date of written notice thereof. Contractor shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in <br />order to verify costs incurred to date. <br />It is anticipated that services described herein shall be provided for a period of <br />approximately six (6) months.
