improve, and store vehicles at the General Motors Training Facility parking lot on <br />Marina Boulevard. <br />Article Twelve: OTHER REAL PROPERTY ON MARINA BOULEVARD <br />12.01 Agency Assistance Assistance. <br />Agency shall assist Developer with its plans for the acquisition of additional <br />parcels on Marina Boulevard as may be needed by Developer. Nothing herein shall <br />be deemed to restrict the discretion of the Agency with regard to the acquisition of <br />any such real property. <br />Article Thirteen: FREEWAY VISIBLE SIGN AND LEASE <br />13.01 A=n y Assistance. <br />Agency has assisted Developer in obtaining a location for the placement of a <br />reader board sign advertising the automobile dealerships and related facilities <br />improvements. Such sign shall be in a height and size reasonably acceptable to <br />Developer. The proposed location of the reader board sign is set forth more <br />particularly in the attached Exhibit G. Upon Agency's acquisition of such property, <br />Agency and Developer shall execute a lease agreement for the use of the property for <br />the reader board as set forth more particularly in the attached Exhibit H. <br />Developer agrees that after such reader board sign is built and installed, <br />additional automobile dealerships and commercial and retail businesses may be <br />added to the reader board sign based upon the terms of the lease agreement. <br />Additionally, Developer shall allow the City use of the reader board sign for <br />community messages. <br />PART TWO: GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />Article One: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER CONSTRUCTION <br />1.01 Applicability. <br />The Developer, for itself, its successors and assigns agrees that upon the <br />Developer's satisfaction of the conditions for issuance of the Certificate of <br />Disposition and Development Page 27 of 39 <br />Agreement (Automall) <br />10/2/96 <br />
