BATARSE, JR., Trustee (herein "Borrower"), REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO (herein "Trustee"), and the Beneficiary, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a public agency organized and existing under the laws of the State of California whose address is 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577(herein "Lender").
