Wise Companies <br />10550 East 14th Street <br />Oakland, CA 94603-3804 <br />KOJ 7 X#la <br />GRANT DEED <br />For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a public body, <br />corporate and politic, of the State of California, herein called "Grantor", acting to carry out the <br />Redevelopment Plan, herein called "Redevelopment Plan", for the Plaza II Redevelopment Project, <br />herein called "Project", under the Community Redevelopment Law of California, hereby grants to the <br />Batarse Family Trust, U.T.A. dated May 7, 1987, Anthony A. Batarse, Jr., Trustee, herein called <br />"Grantee", the real property, hereinafter referred to as the "Property", described in the document <br />attached hereto, labeled Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />1. The Property is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Plan and pursuant to a certain <br />Disposition and Development Agreement entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of <br />October 7 , 1996.
