IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.96 - 180 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR ROOT PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 95- 8687 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Golden Bay Construction, Inc. (Contractor) <br />dated May 15, 1995, Root Park Improvements, Project No. 95-8687 has been completed. <br />(2783) <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and <br />to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends <br />that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are <br />hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion, to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for maintenance of the <br />work hereinbefore described. <br />
