That on or about the 15th day of May, 1995, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter <br />into a certain contract with Golden Bay Construction, Inc. 1200 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA <br />94070 as Contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, Root Park Improvements, No. <br />95-8687 of which said City is owner. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Hartford Fire Insurance. <br />3.
