CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME <br />CERTIFICATE OF FEE EXEMPTION <br />De Minimis Impact Finding <br />Project Title/Location Name and Address of Project Proponent (include county): Marina Conference <br />Center, 30 San Leandro Marina, San Leandro, Alameda County; City of San Leandro, 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, Alameda County <br />Project Description: Conference center facility with overnight accommodations, including 55,332 square <br />feet for conference space, a 3,500 square foot restaurant and 200 rooms. The proposal would be located at <br />30 San Leandro Marina. <br />Findings of Exemption (attach required findings): <br />The City Council approved the proposal to develop a conference center facility with overnight <br />accommodations at 30 San Leandro Marina. <br />2. An initial study has been conducted to evaluate potential adverse environmental impacts. <br />The City Council finds and determines that, when considering the record as a whole, there is no <br />evidence before the City that the proposed project will have potential for an adverse effect on <br />wildlife resources or the habitat on which wildlife depends. <br />4.
