IT A <br />City of San Leandro <br />835 E. 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 Authorized by City Council Resolution No. 93-210 <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF HOME FUNDS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated S6f-"f. 2_ , 1993, is entered into by <br />and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation <br />hereinafter designated either the LENDER or CITY, and FENWAY <br />PARTNERS, a California Limited Partnership, hereinafter <br />designated either the BORROWER or CONTRACTOR, pursuant to U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations at <br />24 CFR Part 92 authorized under the HOME Investment Partnership <br />Act, Cranston -Gonzales National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, <br />as amended. <br />IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, <br />BORROWER shall also enter into the following instruments or <br />agreements as a condition of the LENDER to make the loan.
