LICENSES; PERMITS; ETC.: BORROWER represents and <br />warrants to City that it has all licenses, <br />permits, qualifications and approvals of <br />whatsoever nature which are legally required for <br />BORROWER to practice its profession. BORROWER <br />represents and warrants to City that BORROWER <br />shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep in <br />effect at all times during the term of this <br />Agreement any licenses, permits, and approvals <br />which are legally required for BORROWER to <br />practice its profession. <br />10. APPROVAL OF OTHERS: <br />BORROWER shall obtain all necessary approvals or <br />consents required with respect to this transaction, by <br />any governmental entity having jurisdiction with <br />respect to construction contemplated in accordance with <br />the use of proceeds of the LOAN. <br />BORROWER shall also obtain all necessary approvals or <br />consents required with respect to this transaction by <br />any mortgagee, creditor, or other party having any <br />financial interest in BORROWER. <br />9/28/93 (STM) 16 <br />
