9i 7�� 97 931"3314 <br />e. During rehabilitation, the balance of the funds shall <br />be disbursed according to the budget formulated under <br />paragraph a, above. The final disbursement shall be <br />requested by the BORROWER within sixty (60) days of <br />close of escrow. <br />f. Any change in the budget that results in lower costs <br />shall be communicated to the CITY immediately. If the <br />Director, Development Services Department, or his or <br />her designee determines that the total amount of funds <br />under this contract exceeds the amount necessary to <br />complete the project, the Director, or designee, may <br />adjust the loan value accordingly. <br />9/28/93 (STM) <br />
