Ili THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 15 (1165/ 1228 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF <br />AGREEMENT AND WORK ORDER WITH THE UNITED <br />STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS ("USACOE") FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1997 MARINA AND CHANNEL DREDGING PROJECT <br />IN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement and Work Order for the fiscal year <br />1997 United States Army Corps of Engineers' Marina and Channel Dredging Project <br />has been presented to the San Leandro City Council. The City Council is familiar <br />with the contents thereof. <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />The Memorandum of Agreement and the Work Order are hereby approved, <br />the City Manager is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement and Work <br />Order and all other legal documents necessary for the project. The City Manager is <br />further authorized to deposit with the USACOE and expend such funds as are <br />necessary for the project as more particularly described in the staff report in this <br />matter. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />18th day of February 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (7) <br />Noes: None (0) <br />Absent: None (0 ) <br />Attest: C � / t/ / I Z� 2 <br />Jacquelyn L.
