DA shall provide the City an accounting of prices that formed the basis of the DA's additional costs to use SF-11, rather than the SLDMMS, as a onetime disposal site for maintenance dredging of the Jack D. Maltester Channel for the FY 97 dredging cycle. DA shall provide the City with an accounting of prices that formed the basis of the DA's costs to dredge and dispose of the Additive Dredging material. DA shall provide the City a bid abstract summary of the Government contract to perform maintenance dredging of the Jack D. Maltester Channel and the Additive Dredging. B. Responsibilities of the City The City shall pay all costs associated with the DA's provisions of goods or services under this MOA and shall provide, at the time of signature of the WO prior to the DA's advertisement of the maintenance dredging contract, the funds necessary to accomplish the WO for the maintenance dredging. The costs shall include all incremental costs due to disposal of the maintenance material at Alcatraz, (SF-11) as a disposal site for the FY 97 maintenance dredging cycle of the channel, rather than disposal at the DMMS. The City shall also pay all costs associated with the DA's provisions of goods or services under this MOA for the Additive Dredging and shall provide, prior to award of the option(s), the funds necessary to accomplish the WO for the Additive Dredging. The City shall ensure that only authorized City contracting officers sign the WO.
