11 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 - 17 (12 7 2 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF <br />SPECIFIC RECORDS NO LONGER NEEDED <br />(Police Department) <br />The provisions of Government Code Section 34090 authorize the destruction of certain police <br />records under limited circumstances.
