That on or about the August 5, 1996, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with Lone Star Landscape, Inc., 400 Reed Street, Santa Clara, CA 95050 as Contractor, for a <br />certain work of improvement: To wit, Washington Avenue -Halcyon Drive Landscape Improvements <br />Project No. 96-8387 of which said City is owner. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland. <br />3.
