IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 37 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING <br />(HANDICAPPED PARKING) TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 <br />OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(A PORTION OF PARKING LOT'?" AND 1433 EAST 14TH STREET) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, <br />the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following streets or portions of streets, are designated as, and <br />restricted to, parking by vehicles which display a distinguishing license plate or placard <br />issued to disabled persons pursuant to the California Vehicle Code: <br />80 WEST JUANA AVENUE (Parking Lot "P"), the first westbound parking stall <br />on the south side of the northernmost bank of stalls. <br />1433 EAST 14TH STREET (Parking Lot), the most northeasterly stall. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section I shall be added to Chapter 9, Section 920, <br />of the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Lothrop and passed and adopted <br />this 7th day of April, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (7) <br />NOES None (0 ) <br />ABSENT None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />JACQ , #cting City Clerk <br />
