Notices required to be given surety of Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: <br />American Motorists Insurance Co. <br />c/o Lou Jones & Assoc. <br />411 Borel Ave., Suite 410 <br />San Mateo, CA 94401 <br />Any party or the surety may change such address by notice in writing to the other party and <br />thereafter notices shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />23. Recordation of Abstract. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, <br />Subdivider has executed and has caused to be acknowledged an abstract of this Agreement. <br />Subdivider agrees City may record said abstract in the Official Records of Alameda County. Upon <br />initial approval and/or initial acceptance of the required improvements by the City Council, City <br />agrees to record a Notice of Completion in the Official Records of Alameda County. <br />City. <br />24.
