reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the land offered for dedication to the public on the Final Subdivision Map for <br />Tract 6532, designated as "Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.)," and "Emergency Vehicle Access <br />Easement (E.V.A.E.)," the purposes of said easements being described on the face of said map, <br />are hereby accepted on behalf of the public, subject to improvement of said easements pursuant <br />to said agreement. <br />B. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 6532. <br />C.
