NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the attached Action Plan for Program Year 1997-98 with activities be submitted for <br />funding under provision of the Housing and Community Development Act, as amended, <br />including requisite Certifications is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />to execute and submit the same on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa and passed and adopted this <br />5th day of May, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Lceffler, Lathrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (7) <br />NOES: Ncne (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />Attest: <br />JA fTEL D-LAk, Acting City Clerk <br />
