IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESCINDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2001-212 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 50 (1034/1180) <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 96-140 AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK AND DEPUTY CITY CLERKS <br />TO ACCEPT DEEDS AND EASEMENTS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Pursuant to 27281 of the Government Code of the State of California, Gayle <br />Petersen, City Clerk, and Artie Fields, Kathleen Ornelas and Debbie Dettmer, <br />Deputy City Clerks of the City of San Leandro, are hereby authorized to accept <br />deeds and easements conveying an interest in or easement upon real property to <br />the City of San Leandro, a political corporation, and to consent to the <br />recordation thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That Resolution No. 96-140 is hereby rescinded.
