That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the May 19, 1997 <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
