The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. USERS are classified into the following groups for the purpose of determining applicable fees and charges. - Group Eligibility A: Programs administered by or for the City of San Leandro - Group Eligibility B: San Leandro non-profit organizations with ten or more members of whom at least 50% are San Leandro residents. (Non-profit fundraising events will be charged for operating costs, including maintenance, utilities and security).
