A. <br />: <br />W'011911870-ml <br />TIME OF COMPLETION <br />The Contractor shall provide Services for the Project in a timely manner and in general <br />accordance with the, master schedule, included at the end of this Exhibit, unless the <br />schedule is caused to be modified by written mutual agreement between the Contractor <br />and the City. <br />For the purpose of issuing payment to the Contractor the total not -to -exceed sum shall be <br />divided into the four (4) phases as follows: <br />NOT -TO -EXCEED AMOUNTS <br />1. Phase One: <br />Design Development Phase $ 177,674.75 <br />(Not -To -Exceed 25% <br />of Total Not -To -Exceed Sum) <br />2. Phase Two: <br />Construction Documents 355,349.50 <br />(Not -To -Exceed 50% of <br />Total Not -To -Exceed Sum) <br />3. Phase Three: <br />Bidding 35,534.95 <br />(Not -To -Exceed 5% of <br />Total Not -To -Exceed Sum) <br />4. Phase Four: <br />Construction Administration Phase 142,139.80 <br />(Not -To -Exceed 20% of <br />Total Not -To -Exceed Sum) <br />Total Sum (Not -To -Exceed) $ 710,699.00 <br />(Phase One, Two, Three, Four) <br />C. The Contractor is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever <br />under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a fully executed purchase order from the <br />City. <br />D. The City shall authorize the Contractor to provide services on a phase -by -phase basis for <br />the maximum compensation amounts listed above for each phase.
