IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 - 54 (2323 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />HILTON, FARNKOPF & HOBSON <br />TO CONDUCT AN EVALUATION OF <br />THE CITY' S ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SERVICE PROGRAMS <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Hilton, Farnkopf & Hobson, a copy <br />of which is attached has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa <br />19th day of May, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />and passed and adopted this <br />Ayes: Ccuncil Members Galvan, Glaze, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Vice Mayor Loeffler (6) <br />Noes: None (0 ) <br />Absent: Mayor Ccrbett (1) <br />Attest: <br />Z=L-� - <br />Ga e Pet en, City Clerk <br />
