IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 - 55 (2816 ) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR MARINA PARK <br />SANITARY LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT, <br />PROJECT NO. 96-8614 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and. McGuire & Hester (Contractor) dated <br />September 16, 1996, MARINA PARK SANITARY LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT, <br />PROJECT NO.96-8614, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and <br />to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends <br />that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are <br />hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion, to the satisfaction of the Engineering and <br />Transportation Director, of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said <br />contract, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
