IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.97 - 58 (1022 ) RESOLUTION DELETING AND DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING (2-HOUR PARKING, 9:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M., SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED) TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE (JUANA AVENUE) Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. That the following no parking zone for longer than 2 Hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted, on the following street or portion of street is deleted from Chapter 9, § 905, of the San Leandro Traffic Code: JUANA AVENUE, north side, beginning 154 feet easterly of East 14th Street ad extending to Santa Rosa Street, except for: Restricted parking (4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted) Juana Avenue, north side, beginning 110 feet easterly of East 14th Street and extending 141 feet easterly. Section 2. The following no parking zone for longer than 2 hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted, on the following street or portion of street is designated as follows: JUANA AVENUE, north side, beginning 154 feet easterly of East 14th Street and extending to Santa Rosa Street, except for: Restricted parking (4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted) Juana Avenue, north side, beginning 100 feet easterly of East 14th Street and extending 141 feet easterly.
